Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel spycart Unlimited at any time from your account page. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call required. Your unlimited searches stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then billing stops.
7-day refund window on your first charge
If spycart is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund it in full — no interrogation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewal charges
Monthly and yearly renewals are not automatically refundable after the 7-day first-charge window. That said, if you were charged for a period you clearly did not use — for example a renewal right after you meant to cancel, or a duplicate charge — contact us and we will make it right.
What we cannot refund
spycart is a search and comparison service; we never sell or ship products. A purchase you make at a retailer is between you and that retailer, so their return policy applies to the item. We cannot refund a retailer's price difference, and a price shown in spycart is an estimate rather than a guarantee — see our price accuracy policy.
How to request one
Email Sales@gdcs.me from the address on your account with the word “refund” in the subject. We reply within 2 business days.
