1. What spycart is

spycart is a product search and price comparison service. We help you find the lowest available price for an item across nearby physical stores and online retailers. We do not sell products, take orders, or deliver goods.

2. Prices and comparisons are estimates

Prices change constantly. Every price, total, and savings figure in the app is an estimate based on the most recent data available to us at the time shown, and is not a binding quote. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any retailer or service we compare against, and their trademarks belong to them.

3. Search tiers and billing

Anonymous visitors receive one free search. Creating a free account unlocks four additional free searches. After that, unlimited searches require an active spycart Unlimited Search subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your account and check-ins

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. “I'm here spying prices” check-ins must be honest — do not log visits to places you are not going to. We may remove check-ins or accounts that abuse the traffic feature.

5. Liability

spycart is provided as-is. We are not liable for pricing errors at a retailer, product availability, or decisions made based on estimated savings figures. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
